Concrete Gunslinger

This is a belated birthday present for . It's her own personal character Rider, just like she requested.

I changed a few things up, well really only one thing. All I did was made the blind fold over his eyes a pair of similar shaped sunglasses. I also gave him a gun for looks.

This version is just something I thought would be neat in a punny kind of way. You know: Concrete Angel, Concrete Rider, it kind of goes well together. ^_^
